BOOKING NOTES

HOURS & OVERTIME
Standard hours for all bookings is 8am to 5pm. Agreed overtime is charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour, rounded up. Unplanned overtime is charged at 20% of the daily rate per hour, rounded up, but cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. If you need to cancel we'll provide a full refund where at least 14 days' notice is given, a 50% refund where 8–13 days' notice is given, but unfortunately cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund.

POWER
Anything above ordinary usage of 13amp sockets is chargeable with meter readings taken before and after your booking.

INSURANCE
We have ours, you must have yours. We'll ask you to provide copies the week before your booking.

INFINITY COVE
Fair wear and tear (light scuffs and marks) is included, damage or large marks made good and repainted with charge.

WASTE
Please remove all waste at the end of your booking. Any waste removal needed is charged at-cost plus 20% (min £50) admin fee.
